Why embed booking on your site

Your website is where clients learn about you: services, photos, reviews, location. If 'Book now' sends them to a generic marketplace or a different domain, you lose trust and branding at the moment of conversion.

An embedded booking widget keeps clients on your site while they pick a service, time, and pay. Fewer steps means more completed bookings.

How embedding works with Sway

On Individual plans and above, Sway provides an embed code for your booking widget. Paste it into your website builder (Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Webflow, or custom HTML). The widget loads your live availability and checkout.

You do not need to rebuild your site. One page or section is enough to start.

Branding and client experience

Clients see your business name, services, and prices, not a marketplace directory. They browse without creating an account and complete checkout on the same calm flow as your standalone Sway page.

There is no marketplace commission on bookings through your embed — or when clients discover you on Sway.

No website yet?

You do not need a full website to take online bookings. Every Sway business gets a branded booking page at its own URL. Share that link until you are ready to embed.

When you add a site later, drop the embed in and keep the same calendar and services.
