Email campaigns
Create, preview, and send marketing emails to opted-in customers.
Quick answer: Open Marketing → Campaigns, click New campaign, pick a template, edit the blocks, preview on desktop and phone, then send. Only customers who opted in to email marketing are included.
Before you start
- Individual or Team plan
- At least one customer opted in to email marketing
Overview
Email campaigns let you send a one-off marketing message to your opted-in customers — for example announcing a new class, a seasonal offer, or a schedule change. Choose all customers, or filter by one or more tags and booked services. Anyone matching any selected tag or service is included once.

Choose your audience
Select All customers or By tag or service. Pick one or more tags and/or booked services — for example everyone who booked a sauna. Customers matching any selection are included once. Then preview how many are eligible.

Design your email
Pick a starter template or start from scratch (empty — add your own blocks). Starter templates include a sample photo you can replace with your own. Add a subject, then edit blocks — header, logo, headline, text, photo, and a Book now button. A Logo block uses the logo from your profile. Set a photo to Small, Medium, or Full width — it keeps its shape and won’t stretch. Choose a web-safe font and corner style for the whole email, and Small, Medium, or Large for each button. Photos are compressed on your device. Preview desktop or phone in the editor, or open a full preview in a new tab. Emails stay under 90 KB so inboxes don’t clip them. Use Insert on a headline or text block to add the customer’s name, your business name, or your booking page — you don’t need to type any codes.

Save a draft to finish later. Review and send
Confirm the recipient count and that you have enough email credits. Large audiences require an extra confirmation. Messages send in the background after you confirm.

Drafts and history
Save a campaign as a draft at any time and return to it from the campaign history table. Use the trash icon to delete a draft or remove a sent campaign from your history — that does not unsend emails already delivered. If you run out of credits mid-send, you can buy more and resume from checkout.
Who receives a campaign
- Customer opted in to email marketing
- Valid email address on file
- Not blocked from your business
- Matches your audience selection (all customers, or any of the selected tags or booked services)
Note
Booking confirmations and appointment reminders are transactional — they send automatically and do not require marketing opt-in.
