Overview

Marketing helps you stay in touch with customers who have opted in — segment them with tags, send email campaigns, and automate review requests after appointments. Booking confirmations and appointment reminders are separate transactional emails and do not use your marketing allowance.

  • Customers — search your directory, assign tags, and manage email marketing opt-in
  • Campaigns — compose and send one-off marketing emails to all customers or a tag
  • Automations — send review request emails after appointments end
  • Usage & packs — see monthly usage and buy extra email credits
Marketing is in the business sidebar.

Plan requirements

The Customers tab is available on every plan. Email campaigns and automations require Individual or Team. Free includes transactional booking emails (confirmations, cancellations, and alerts) — upgrade for marketing tools and appointment reminders.

Transactional vs marketing email

Transactional emails send automatically when something happens — booking confirmations, reminders, reschedule notices, and message alerts. Marketing emails only go to customers who opted in and count against your monthly allowance or credit packs.
