Marketing email credits & usage
Monthly allowances, credit packs, and how marketing email usage is counted.
Quick answer: Individual includes 50 marketing emails per month; Team includes 50 per staff member. Campaigns and automations use this allowance. Buy credit packs on Marketing → Usage & packs — packs never expire.
Overview
Marketing emails — campaigns and review automations — count against your monthly allowance on paid plans. Booking confirmations, reminders, and other transactional emails are included separately and do not use marketing credits.

How credits are used
- Monthly included allowance is used first
- Pack credits are used when the monthly allowance runs out
- Auto-charge overage (if enabled for automations) applies at 2p per email after both are exhausted
- One credit = one marketing email sent to one customer
Tip
Monthly allowances reset on the 1st of each month (UTC). Pack credits do not reset — they stay on your account until used.

Choose a pack
Select 100, 500, 1,000, 5,000, or 10,000 emails — larger packs cost less per email. Checkout opens in Stripe. After payment, credits appear immediately.
If a campaign needs more credits than you have, you can buy the exact shortfall at checkout and resume sending when you return.
What does not count
- Customer booking confirmation emails
- Automated appointment reminder emails (24h before)
- Business alert emails for new bookings, cancellations, and messages
- Balance payment and form completion links
