Quick-add blocks from calendar
Block unavailable time by dragging on the calendar — no settings page needed.
Quick answer: On the calendar, click and drag across a time range, then choose Block time. Add a title and optional staff scope — the period is hidden from your booking page immediately.
Overview
Calendar blocks mark specific periods when you cannot take bookings — a dentist appointment, emergency closure, or ad-hoc afternoon off. Quick-add from the calendar is faster than creating a closure in settings when you already know the exact times.
- Drag to select a time range in Day or Week view
- Choose Block time from the action dialog
- Blocks remove slots from your public booking page
- Existing bookings are not cancelled — handle those separately
