Custom staff working hours

Override business hours per staff member on the Team plan.

Quick answer: When you have two or more bookable team members, open Team → Schedule → Hours and enable Custom working hours. Set open/closed days and times per person — they override the business default for that staff member's bookings.

Overview

By default every bookable team member follows your business hours from Scheduling settings. Custom working hours let individuals work different days or times — useful when one stylist works Tuesdays only or a therapist finishes earlier on Fridays.

  • Requires Team plan and at least two bookable members
  • Owner can use custom hours once another bookable member exists
  • Per-day open/close times or mark days closed
  • Combines with time off, breaks, and existing bookings
Without the toggle, staff follow business hours.
