Overview

Group classes and events use fixed session times — you pick from scheduled slots rather than any open time in the day. Capacity services show how many spots remain; when full, a waitlist may be available.

  • Fixed weekly times or one-off event dates
  • See remaining spots before you book
  • Join waitlist when a session is full
  • Pay online or at venue per service settings

Before you start

Note

Group booking works differently from 1:1 appointments. Look for class or event services with set start times.

How to book an appointmentRead →

Step-by-step

  1. Open the business booking page

Use the link the business shared with you.

  2. Select a class or group service

Tap the service to see upcoming session times. One-off events show a single fixed date and time instead of a weekly schedule.

Class services show scheduled sessions instead of a time grid.
  3. Choose location if prompted

Businesses with more than one location ask you to pick where the appointment takes place before showing times.

Pick the location that matches where you plan to attend.
  4. Pick the session or event time

For weekly classes, choose from the session list. For one-off events, the date is fixed — tap the shown time slot to continue.

One-off events have a single date — no calendar picker needed.
  5. Choose who is attending

If the business allows group booking online, choose how many spots you need and assign each person — yourself or someone from your saved contacts.

  6. Confirm your booking

Review attendees and complete payment if required. You'll receive one confirmation email covering everyone in the booking.

    Look for: Confirm booking

You'll receive a confirmation email with the session details.

If the class is full

When no spots remain, look for Join waitlist. Enter your email and you'll be notified if someone cancels.
