Joining a waitlist
Join when a class or event is full.
Quick answer: When a session is full, sign in and tap Join waitlist on the booking page. Sway uses your account email — no separate form — and notifies you if a spot opens.
Overview
Waitlist lets you queue for a full class or event without refreshing the page. If someone cancels, the first person on the list gets an email with a link to book the spot.

Find a full session
On the booking page, full sessions show as unavailable with a waitlist option.
Sign in and join
Waitlist requires a signed-in customer account. Tap Join waitlist on the full session — you're added immediately using your account email.
