Overview

When a service has an attached form, customers answer your questions before or after they book. Responses are saved on the booking so you can review them from Calendar or Bookings.

  • During booking — questions appear in the checkout flow
  • After booking — email link if the form wasn't finished
  • Kiosk mode — staff opens a full-screen form on a device at reception
  • Requires Individual or Team to email form links to customers
Forms can appear as part of the booking flow.

Completion methods

  1. During online booking

If configured, customers see form fields before they confirm. Answers are saved with the booking.

  2. Email link after booking

Send or resend a completion link from the booking details. The customer opens it on any device.

Paid plans can email form links automatically or on demand.
  3. Kiosk mode at your venue

From the booking, open kiosk mode to hand a tablet to the customer without them signing in.

Useful for walk-ins and reception desks.
