Recurring membership products for your services.
Quick answer: Memberships are recurring subscriptions — monthly or annual — that grant session credits each billing period. Create them on the Team plan and sell them on your public Memberships tab.

Memberships let customers subscribe to ongoing access — for example, 8 classes per month or unlimited yoga. Credits reset each billing period while the subscription stays active.
- Bill monthly or annually through Stripe
- Set included sessions per period or unlimited access
- Link each membership to eligible bookable services
- Customers manage subscriptions from your public page

Before you start
Team plan
Memberships require the Team plan, like one-time passes.
Note
Memberships cannot be issued manually — customers subscribe through checkout. Use one-time passes for comps or offline sales.

Create a membership product
Set name, price, billing interval, and how many sessions are included each period.

Customers subscribe on your public page
A Memberships tab appears when you have active membership products.

Included sessions refresh at the start of each billing cycle. Unused sessions from the previous period do not roll over unless you configure your business policy that way outside Sway.
