Creating a membership

Set up a monthly or annual membership.

Quick answer: Go to Commercial → Memberships, create a product with price and billing interval, set included sessions per period, then link it to eligible services.

Overview

A membership product defines what customers subscribe to — name, recurring price, billing interval, and how many sessions they receive each period. Once active, it appears on your public Memberships tab.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Memberships

    From the business sidebar, go to Commercial → Memberships.

    Look for: Memberships

  2. Create a new membership

    Enter a name, set monthly or annual billing, price, and included sessions per period. You can also offer unlimited access.

    Look for: New membership

    Set recurring price and how many sessions each period includes.
  3. Link to a service

    Each membership links to at least one bookable service. Customers redeem credits when booking those services.

    Active memberships appear on your public booking page.

What happens next

Customers subscribe through Stripe checkout on your public page. Each billing period, their session allowance resets. They redeem credits when booking linked services.
