Creating a pass product
Set up a new pass for customers to buy.
Quick answer: Go to Commercial → Passes, create a product with price and session count, set validity, then enable pass redemption on the services it applies to.

Overview
A pass product defines what customers buy — name, price, how many sessions they get, and how long the pass lasts. Once published, it appears on your public Passes tab.

Pass products are available on the Team plan only.
Step-by-step
Open Passes
From the business sidebar, go to Commercial → Passes.
Look for: Passes
Create a new pass
Enter a name customers will recognise, e.g. 10-Class Yoga Pass.

Set price, session count, and how long the pass stays valid. Save and enable on services
After saving, edit each eligible service and configure pass redemption on the Pricing step.

Active passes appear on your public booking page.
What happens next
Customers can buy the pass from your public page. When they book, they redeem one session credit if the service accepts pass payment.
