Creating a pass product

Set up a new pass for customers to buy.

Overview

A pass product defines what customers buy — name, price, how many sessions they get, and how long the pass lasts. Once published, it appears on your public Passes tab.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Passes

    From the business sidebar, go to Commercial → Passes.

    Look for: Passes

  2. Create a new pass

    Enter a name customers will recognise, e.g. 10-Class Yoga Pass.

    Look for: Create pass

    Set price, session count, and how long the pass stays valid.
  3. Save and enable on services

    After saving, edit each eligible service and configure pass redemption on the Pricing step.

    Look for: Pricing

    Active passes appear on your public booking page.

What happens next

Customers can buy the pass from your public page. When they book, they redeem one session credit if the service accepts pass payment.
