Customer can't complete booking
Common booking flow blockers.
Quick answer: Check availability, published services, Stripe status, plan limits, and whether the customer is blocked. Most issues are no open slots, an unpublished service, or the Free plan booking cap.
Overview
When a customer cannot finish booking, the cause is usually on your availability setup, service settings, or account limits — not a bug in their browser. Work through the checklist below.

Quick checklist
No times showing?
Check business hours, closures, staff availability, booking horizon, and that the service is published.
Service missing from the page?
Confirm the service is published and not hidden in a section customers cannot reach.
Look for: Services
Payment step fails?
Stripe must be connected for online payment. See payment troubleshooting.
Hit your monthly booking limit?
Free plan stops new customer bookings after 50 confirmed bookings per calendar month.
Slot taken during checkout?
If two people book the same time, the second sees an error to pick another slot.
Pass or voucher required?
Some services require a pass at checkout. The customer must sign in or enter a valid code.
Sign-in required?
Waitlist and some pass flows require the customer to sign in.
Test the flow yourself
Open your public booking link in a private browser window and complete a test booking. This reproduces what customers see without your logged-in session affecting availability.
