Overview

When customers see no times, something in your availability rules is blocking slots. Work through the checklist below — most issues are hours, closures, or an unpublished service.

Compare with your calendar for the same day.

Checklist

  1. Is the service published?

Draft services never appear on your public page.

    Look for: Services

  2. Are you open that day?

Check business hours, holiday closures, bank holidays, and recurring breaks.

Closures remove all slots for affected dates.
  3. Staff and service schedule

On Team, confirm the right staff member is bookable and assigned. Fixed sessions need future session times configured.

  4. Booking horizon and smart booking

Customers cannot book beyond your horizon. Smart booking hides slots that would leave awkward gaps.

  5. Already fully booked

For capacity services, the session may be full — check the calendar.

Frequently asked questions

Manual bookings don't block the same way — check service scheduling type and whether the slot is in the past or outside the horizon.
