Overview
Blocking prevents a customer from making new bookings and sending Sway messages to your business. Existing bookings are not automatically cancelled — manage those separately if needed.
- Blocked customers cannot book on your public page
- They cannot start or reply to Sway messages
- You can still contact them by phone or email outside Sway
- Only business owners and admins can block or unblock
