Overview

Blocking prevents a customer from making new bookings and sending Sway messages to your business. Existing bookings are not automatically cancelled — manage those separately if needed.

  • Blocked customers cannot book on your public page
  • They cannot start or reply to Sway messages
  • You can still contact them by phone or email outside Sway
  • Only business owners and admins can block or unblock
Blocked customers show a Blocked badge in your customer directory.
