Minimum notice before customers can book
Hide same-day and last-minute times on your booking page by setting days and hours of notice.
Quick answer: Under Scheduling, set Minimum notice in days and hours. Customers only see times at least that far ahead on your booking page and embed. 0 days and 0 hours leaves booking unchanged. Bookings you add from the calendar are not affected.
Overview
Minimum notice is how soon a customer is allowed to book. A time that starts sooner than your notice is left off the public booking page and the website embed. Your own calendar still lets you add those appointments.
- 0 days and 0 hours is the default — customers can book up to the current time
- 2 days means the first bookable times are 48 hours away
- You can add leftover hours, such as 1 day and 12 hours
- The longest setting is 7 days

Note
This is separate from waitlist minimum notice, which only controls waitlist emails, and from how far ahead clients can book, which sets the latest date.

Check your booking page
Refresh your public page or embed. Times inside the notice window are no longer listed. The same rule applies in the business app under More → Scheduling.
What happens next
A slot stays bookable when it starts exactly on the cutoff. Earlier times are hidden for flexible appointments, fixed sessions, and one-off events. You can still add those times yourself from the calendar.
