Marking a no-show updates the booking status and adds to the customer's no-show count in your directory. Use this when someone did not attend and you want a record for future reference.

Note
Marking a no-show does not automatically refund or charge the customer. Handle payments separately if needed.
Step-by-step
Open the booking
Find it on your calendar or in the Bookings list.
Look for: Bookings
Mark as no-show
Choose the no-show action from the booking menu or detail view.

Confirm the booking was for today or in the past before marking. Review the customer record
The no-show count appears when you open the customer in your directory.
What happens next
The booking shows as a no-show on your calendar and bookings list. If you need to prevent future bookings, you can block the customer separately.
