Creating a manual booking
Add a booking from the calendar when a customer books by phone, message, or walk-in.
Quick answer: Click an empty slot on the calendar (or use New booking) to add a customer, service, date, and time manually.
Overview
Manual bookings let you record appointments that didn't come through your public booking page — phone bookings, walk-ins, or staff-added slots. They appear on your calendar alongside online bookings.
