Promo codes per service

Allow or disallow discount codes on individual services.

Quick answer: On each service's Pricing step, toggle whether customers can apply discount codes at checkout. Codes must be created separately under Commercial → Discount codes.

Overview

By default, services accept discount codes customers enter at checkout. You can turn this off per service — useful when a service is already on sale, is pass-only, or shouldn't be discounted further.

Note

Discount codes are created under Commercial → Discount codes. This setting only controls whether a service accepts them.

Step-by-step

  1. Open Services and edit a service

    Look for: Services

  2. Go to the Pricing step

    Look for: Pricing

  3. Toggle Accept discount codes

    Enable to let customers apply promo codes at checkout. Disable to block codes on this service only.

  4. Save the service

    Look for: Save

What customers see

When codes are allowed, customers see a promo code field at checkout on eligible services. When disabled, the code field is hidden and existing codes cannot be applied to that service.
